What can we do to ensure we make use of the time we spend studying? Hopefully this Infographic will help to make your study schedule more efficient. Try to study in short blocks. Research has shown that 30 minutes of block study at a time is the best way to about things. If you study for longer than that without taking a break you will start to lose concentration. A short break after 30 minutes will revitalise you and make the next 30 minutes of study more productive. Other things like making sure you’re not distracted by your phone can be a huge help. Looking at your phone every couple of minutes to check for new emails etc., will destroy any focus you have. You should also keep in mind things like eating well when studying and you should always ensure you get enough sleep. All-nighters don’t work!
